SOLA Suncare, Inc. is registered in the State of Delaware, United States of America. Delaware entity number and EIN are available upon legitimate legal request.
A French subsidiary (SOLA Laboratoires SAS) is in formation. Once registered, the EU VAT identification number (TVA intracommunautaire) will be published here and on invoices. Until that time, SOLA Suncare, Inc. does not hold an EU VAT identification number and EU sales are not yet in commerce.
SOLA Suncare products will be notified via the European Commission's Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 before being placed on the EU market. Our EU Responsible Person will be identified on all product labelling once notification is complete.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS) available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. SOLA Suncare is not presently obligated to participate in alternative dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
